CCDI is implementing Aware and Capable community project in two marzes in Armenia: Shirak and Gegharkunik funded by ambassador of Finland

Project goal

The goal of the Full Self-Governance and Aware and Capable Community (Basics for Sustainable Community Development) project is the qualitative improvement of life conditions in the communities of Shirak and Kotayk regions and provision of basics for further community development, by addressing local needs.

The project will be implemented based on the following 2 directions:
1. The activation of the community life, including community resources.
2. Community mobilization.

Project Objectives

. Increase of the quality of LSG (Local Self-Governance) trainings for members of Community Council and LSG staff.
. Formation of local community activists groups and addressing and solving the community issues through the activists groups (technical assistance for quick and productive solution of community problems)
