The aim of the project submitted to UNDP by CCDI entitled as “Establishment of civic Society for Anti-corruption Initiatives” is the improvement of service in education and health sectors through continuous monitoring of quality and public expenses which implemented by Civic Groups through stimulating regulation and policy changes in these sectors.

The main goal of the two-months-long pilot project is the establishment of Civic Groups network provided with capability and authorization to conduct monitoring of service quality in education and health sectors.

Time period of the project t- 2 months, 1 November 2004-31 December 2004

As the result of implemented project 9 monitoring groups were formed in 8 marzes of RA involving citizens of different professions but striving for the general goal – spreading the united struggle against corruption.
